Beach entry at 7:30 am sharp. Parent Permission Forms need to be signed. Can pick up entry forms @ Point Break Surf Shop next to Waimanalo Beach Park 7-11. Free Event with lots of give aways. For boys and girls, 8 & under, 9&10, 11&12, and 13-15 years of age.
